1. Maximize sales and deliver exceptional customer and after-sales service.
2. Develop new client relationships and strengthen existing ones.
3. Maintain a positive and professional working environment.
4. Demonstrate extensive product knowledge and stay informed about market trends and competitors.
5. Collaborate effectively with team members and support colleagues.
6. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the brand's culture internally and externally.
7. Ensure organization, grooming, and appearance standards are upheld.
8. Support management with in-store processes to ensure compliance and standards.
9. Assist with back-of-house operations, including stock control and inventories.

1. Experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
2. Proficiency in Dutch and English.
