- Maximize sales and deliver exceptional customer and after-sales service.
- Actively develop new client relationships and strengthen existing ones.
- Maintain a positive and professional working environment.
- Highlight brand differentiation through extensive product knowledge and awareness of market trends and competitors.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and support colleagues.
- Promote the brand's culture as a brand ambassador.
- Ensure organization, grooming, and appearance standards are met.
- Support management with in-store processes to ensure compliance and standards.
- Contribute to back-of-house operations such as stock control and inventories.
- Experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong product sensitivity and market/fashion trend knowledge.
- Adaptability and natural curiosity.

- Willingness to learn and improve.
Previous experience in luxury goods or retail sales is required.
