1. Lead, mentor, and motivate the boutique team to achieve sales targets and enhance team performance.
2. Set and monitor individual and team objectives aligned with commercial goals.
3. Ensure a unique and high-quality customer experience, fostering client loyalty.
4. Implement and oversee clienteling activities to maintain customer engagement.
5. Analyze key performance indicators and provide corrective actions as needed.
6. Conduct monthly reporting to the regional management and actively participate in bi-monthly regional meetings.
7. Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring the boutique's impeccable image and adherence to brand standards.
8. Communicate strategic directions to the team and ensure their implementation.
9. Ensure compliance with all operational procedures and continuously seek improvements.

1. Significant experience in store management.
2. Strong managerial approach with a focus on team development.
3. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
4. Knowledge of the local market is a plus.
5. Strong customer service orientation.
