- Monitor global ready-to-wear business performance by collection.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on key KPIs within the merchandising department.
- Update key product identification and mapping.
- Support business analysis based on market trends.
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts by SKU and region, considering store openings and product seasonality.
- Coordinate with collection and retail assortments using the forecast tool.
- Monitor seasonality of key business drivers and forecast accuracy versus actual sales by region.
- Define monthly needs based on forecasts and participate in monthly forecast meetings with regions.
- Follow up on global reorders and monitor performance for both seasonal and non-seasonal items.
- Provide reorder delivery schedules optimized for regional events and business opportunities.
- Support reorder opportunities in alignment with sales forecasts, stock, and production planning.
- Maintain fluid communication with collection, retail, and digital merchandising departments.
- Ensure instant communication and follow-up with regional buying teams.
- Coordinate delivery and stock optimization with production and supply chain departments.
- Higher education degree, preferably from a business school, or equivalent experience in similar roles.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong analytical skills with an interest in product and market figures.
- Proficiency in Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and demanding environment.
- Flexibility to adapt priorities.
Experience in similar functions within the fashion or luxury industry is preferred.
Higher education degree, preferably from a business school.
