1. Oversee visual merchandising processes and ensure high standards across Central and South China.
2. Visit stores regularly to maintain excellence in visual presentation and implement departmental strategies.
3. Design and execute display strategies for special projects such as store openings, pop-ups, and trunk shows.
4. Train and coach visual merchandising team and store ambassadors on the latest directives from headquarters.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Merchandising, Store Planning, and Public Relations.
6. Manage relationships with local and international suppliers.

1. Bachelor's degree in Art and Design or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising within the luxury fashion retail sector.
3. Strong understanding of retail industry trends and high-end fashion.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Photoshop, and graphic design software.
2. Fluent in both English and Chinese, with excellent communication skills.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
5. Willingness to travel frequently.

A minimum of 5 years in visual merchandising, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.

Bachelor's degree in Art and Design or a related field.
