1. Lead the Department Manager and sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
2. Promote brand engagement to ensure the attainment of quantitative and qualitative goals.
3. Ensure professional development and training of staff using a coaching approach.
4. Assist the Store Director in managing floor coverage, sales, visual merchandising, customer service, and operational functions.
5. Serve as the training ambassador to address all training needs.
6. Cultivate a network of influential individuals in the luxury sector to enhance customer loyalty.

1. Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
2. 2 to 4 years of successful managerial experience in retail.
3. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
4. Familiarity with Concur expense reporting is advantageous.

4. Proficiency in sales and customer service strategies.

2 to 4 years of managerial experience in retail, particularly in luxury goods.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
