1. Lead the store sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
2. Promote brand engagement to ensure quantitative and qualitative goals are met.
3. Oversee floor coverage, sales, visual merchandising, customer service, and operations.
4. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and creativity.
5. Ensure exceptional client service by training staff on service standards and managing escalated inquiries.
6. Build a network to promote customer loyalty within the luxury business.
7. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and collections to drive sales.

1. Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
2. Minimum of 2 years in a managerial retail position.
3. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
4. Familiarity with Dayforce and Concur expense reporting is advantageous.

3. Proficiency in sales strategies and KPI management.
4. Exceptional customer service skills.

Minimum of 2 years in a managerial role within the retail sector, preferably in luxury goods.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
