1. Lead the Department Manager and sales team to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
2. Promote brand engagement to ensure the achievement of quantitative and qualitative goals.
3. Ensure professional growth and training of staff using a coaching approach.
4. Assist the Store Director in overseeing floor coverage, sales, visual merchandising, customer service, and operations.
5. Act as the training ambassador for all training needs.
6. Build a network to promote customer loyalty in the luxury business.

1. Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
2. 2 to 4 years of successful managerial experience in retail.
3. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
4. Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus.

1. Excellent time management skills.
2. Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
3. Proficiency in sales and customer service strategies.

2 to 4 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position, preferably in luxury goods.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
