- Lead the Department Manager and sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Promote brand engagement to ensure the attainment of quantitative and qualitative goals.
- Facilitate professional growth and training of staff through a coaching approach.
- Assist the Store Director in managing floor coverage, sales initiatives, visual merchandising, customer service, and operational functions.
- Serve as the training ambassador for all staff training needs.
- Cultivate a network of influential individuals in the local and international luxury market to enhance customer loyalty.
- Significant experience in luxury goods sales or retail.
- 2 to 4 years of successful managerial experience in a retail setting.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Familiarity with Concur expense reporting is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
2 to 4 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position, particularly within the luxury sector.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
