1. Lead the Department Manager and sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets and key performance indicators.
2. Promote brand engagement to ensure the attainment of quantitative and qualitative goals.
3. Facilitate professional growth and training of staff through a coaching approach.
4. Assist the Store Director in managing floor coverage, sales initiatives, visual merchandising, customer service, and operational functions.
5. Serve as the training ambassador for all staff training needs.
6. Cultivate a network of influential individuals in the local and international luxury market to enhance customer loyalty.

1. Significant experience in luxury goods sales or retail.
2. 2 to 4 years of successful managerial experience in a retail setting.
3. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
4. Familiarity with Concur expense reporting is advantageous.

4. Ability to foster a collaborative and dynamic team environment.

2 to 4 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position, particularly within the luxury sector.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
