1. Lead the Department Manager and store sales team to achieve and surpass sales goals and KPIs.
2. Promote brand engagement to ensure the attainment of quantitative and qualitative targets.
3. Oversee floor coverage, sales, visual merchandising, customer service, and operational functions in collaboration with the Store Director.
4. Facilitate professional growth and training of staff through a coaching approach.
5. Serve as the training ambassador for all training requirements.
6. Cultivate a network of influential individuals in the luxury sector to enhance customer loyalty.

1. Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
2. 2 to 4 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position.
3. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
4. Familiarity with Concur expense reporting is advantageous.

2 to 4 years of managerial experience in retail, particularly within the luxury sector.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Base compensation range of $80,000 – $95,000 with bonus eligibility.
