Yves Saint Laurent Assistant Store Director

- Lead the Department Manager and store sales team to achieve and surpass sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Promote brand engagement to ensure the attainment of quantitative and qualitative targets.
- Ensure professional development and training of staff through a coaching approach.
- Assist the Store Director in managing floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, customer service, and operational functions.
- Serve as the training ambassador for all training needs within the store.
- Cultivate a network of influential individuals in the local and international luxury sector to foster customer loyalty.
- Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
- 2 to 4 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Familiarity with Concur expense reporting is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficient in sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
2 to 4 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position, particularly within the luxury sector.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Base compensation range of $80,000 – $95,000 with bonus eligibility.
