Yves Saint Laurent Assistant Store Director

- Lead the store sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Promote brand engagement with clients to ensure quantitative and qualitative objectives are met.
- Ensure professional development and training of staff through a coaching approach.
- Define targeted quantitative and qualitative goals and implement strategies to achieve sales and performance indicators.
- Assist the Store Director in overseeing in-store presence, driving sales, visual merchandising, customer service, and operational functions.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and collaboration.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by training staff on service standards and addressing urgent inquiries.
- Build a network of individuals impacting local and international luxury commerce to promote customer loyalty.
- Maintain product and collection knowledge to drive sales performance.
- Significant experience in luxury retail or retail sales.
- At least two years of successful management experience in the retail sector.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Dayforce and Concur is an asset.

At least two years of successful management experience in the retail sector, preferably in luxury retail.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
