1. Lead the store sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
2. Promote brand engagement with clients to ensure quantitative and qualitative objectives are met.
3. Ensure professional development and training of staff through a coaching approach.
4. Define targeted quantitative and qualitative goals and implement strategies to achieve sales and performance indicators.
5. Assist the Store Director in overseeing in-store presence, driving sales, visual merchandising, customer service, and operational functions.
6. Create and maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and collaboration.
7. Deliver exceptional customer service by training staff on service standards and addressing urgent inquiries.
8. Build a network of individuals impacting local and international luxury commerce to promote customer loyalty.
9. Maintain product and collection knowledge to drive sales performance.

1. Significant experience in luxury retail or retail sales.
2. At least two years of successful management experience in the retail sector.
3. Excellent time management skills.
4. Bachelor's degree preferred.
5. Knowledge of Dayforce and Concur is an asset.

At least two years of successful management experience in the retail sector, preferably in luxury retail.
