1. Lead the Department Manager and sales team to achieve and surpass sales goals and KPIs.
2. Promote brand engagement to ensure achievement of quantitative and qualitative goals.
3. Facilitate professional growth and training of staff through a coaching approach.
4. Assist the Store Director in managing floor coverage, sales, visual merchandising, customer service, and operational functions.
5. Act as the training ambassador for all staff training needs.
6. Develop a network of influential individuals in the luxury business to enhance customer loyalty.

1. Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
2. 2 to 4 years of successful managerial experience in retail.
3. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
4. Familiarity with Concur expense reporting is advantageous.

3. Proficiency in sales and customer service strategies.
4. Effective communication and networking skills.

2 to 4 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position, particularly within the luxury sector.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
