Yves Saint Laurent Assistant Store Director

- Lead the store sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets and KPIs.
- Promote brand engagement to ensure quantitative and qualitative goals are met.
- Assist in visual merchandising and display to enhance store presentation.
- Act as a representative of the Store Director, executing tasks from Headquarters and the Store Director.
- Oversee floor coverage, sales, customer service, and operational functions.
- Support Department Managers in reaching set goals.
- Attract, develop, and retain talent within the team.
- Cultivate a positive work environment.
- Build and maintain a network to enhance customer loyalty, focusing on Top Clients and VIPs.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and internal processes, including HR and stock management.
- Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
- Proven success in team management, including goal setting and delegation.
- Strong customer experience and loyalty focus.
