1. Lead the store sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets and KPIs.

4. Act as a representative of the Store Director, executing tasks from Headquarters and the Store Director.
5. Oversee floor coverage, sales, customer service, and operational functions.
6. Support Department Managers in reaching set goals.
7. Attract, develop, and retain talent within the team.
8. Cultivate a positive work environment.
9. Build and maintain a network to enhance customer loyalty, focusing on Top Clients and VIPs.
10. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and internal processes, including HR and stock management.

1. Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
