1. Lead the Department Manager and sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets and KPIs.
2. Promote brand engagement to ensure both quantitative and qualitative objectives are met.
3. Facilitate professional development and training of staff using a coaching methodology.
4. Assist the Store Director in managing floor coverage, sales initiatives, visual merchandising, customer service, and store operations.
5. Act as the training ambassador for all staff development needs.
6. Cultivate a network of influential individuals within the luxury sector to enhance customer loyalty.

1. Significant experience in luxury goods sales or retail.
2. 2 to 4 years of successful managerial experience in retail.
3. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
4. Familiarity with Concur expense reporting is advantageous.

3. Proficient in customer relationship management.
4. Ability to drive sales and meet performance metrics.

2 to 4 years of managerial experience in luxury retail.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
