Yves Saint Laurent Assistant Store Director

- Lead the Department Manager and store sales team to achieve and surpass sales goals and KPIs.
- Promote brand engagement to ensure the achievement of quantitative and qualitative targets.
- Ensure professional growth and training of staff through a coaching approach.
- Assist the Store Director in managing floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, customer service, and operational functions.
- Act as the training ambassador for all training needs.
- Build and maintain a network of influential contacts in the luxury business to promote customer loyalty.
- Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
- 2 to 4 years of successful managerial experience in a retail environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Familiarity with Concur expense reporting is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
2 to 4 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position, preferably within the luxury sector.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
