1. Lead the Department Manager and sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
2. Promote brand engagement to ensure quantitative and qualitative targets are met.
3. Ensure professional growth and training of staff through a coaching approach.
4. Assist the Store Director in managing floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, customer service, and operational functions.
5. Act as the training ambassador for all training needs.
6. Build a network to promote customer loyalty within the local and international luxury business.

1. Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
2. 2 to 4 years of successful managerial experience in retail.
3. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
4. Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus.

1. Excellent time management skills.
2. Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
3. Proficiency in sales and customer service strategies.

2 to 4 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position, preferably in luxury goods.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
