5. Monitor local market trends and competition, sharing insights with the team.
6. Lead recruitment and development of customer relationships, implementing action plans from headquarters.
7. Update and support sales staff in achieving KPIs.
8. Foster a motivated and skilled team environment, supporting training and development initiatives.
9. Maintain a positive work environment and handle employee relations issues.
10. Promote brand loyalty and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
11. Oversee clienteling strategies and maintain the store's brand image.
12. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and corporate standards in all processes.
13. Manage inventory activities and ensure product safety.
