- Oversee global projects related to retail, events, and special initiatives.
- Conduct market research in the art sector and assist in sourcing.
- Provide logistical and operational support.
- Perform administrative tasks such as creating vendor accounts and entering purchase orders.
- Consolidate presentations for the Artistic Direction.
- Manage inventory and stock control.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Art History, Business School, or IFM.
- Proficient knowledge of the art market and its key players.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong teamwork capabilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
Relevant experience in project management or administrative support within the art or luxury sectors is preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
