1. Participate in buying sessions, including product training and preparation of necessary showroom documents.
2. Assist in the development of Buying Debriefs and Buying Strategies post-buying sessions.
3. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, including carry-over and best-seller reports.
4. Update and analyze inventory and sold-out reports across various sites.
5. Conduct ad-hoc analyses as required.
6. Support and monitor the preparation of collection launches, ensuring product listings are updated online.
7. Maintain consistency and presentation of product catalog descriptions.
8. Update visual merchandising for brand websites, including global and localized galleries.
9. Serve as the primary contact for Customer Service, addressing daily client inquiries.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree from a business school.
2. Ideally, a significant initial experience in e-commerce.

1. Strong understanding of the digital environment.
2. Passion for luxury and product sensitivity.
3. Fluency in English is mandatory.
4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
5. Excellent spelling and grammar.
6. Organized, autonomous, proactive, dynamic, and meticulous.
7. Recognized for teamwork and efficiency.

A significant initial experience in e-commerce is preferred.

Bachelor's or Master's degree from a business school.
