1. Coordinate and centralize information across various departments including Atelier, Development, Sustainability, Production, Quality, Compliance, and Aftersales.
2. Support the monitoring of RTW production processes.
3. Update systems and documentation with production-related information.
4. Maintain and analyze dashboards for departments such as Production and Compliance.
5. Assist with administrative tasks and file management.
6. Participate in the setup of the model depot space.
7. Conduct and track sustainability-related projects.
8. Analyze collection models to determine necessary tests and supplier alerts.
9. Input nomenclatures into tracking tools for testing purposes.
10. Manage material and supply requests, ensuring timely follow-ups.
11. Communicate test reports effectively.
12. Verify composition labels for regulatory compliance.
13. Provide occasional support to the Aftersales department.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management (equivalent to BAC+4/BAC+5).

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (including data extraction and pivot tables).
2. Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems is advantageous.
3. Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Italian being a significant asset.
4. Dynamic, curious, with excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Recognized for rigor, organizational skills, service orientation, and availability.

No prior experience required, but familiarity with luxury fashion operations is beneficial.
