Yves Saint Laurent Assistant Coordinator RTW Operations Internship
Saint Laurent, a prestigious brand under the Kering Group, was founded in 1961 and is renowned for pioneering luxury ready-to-wear with its iconic 'Rive Gauche' line. Since 1999, as part of Kering's luxury division, Saint Laurent has continued to lead the industry under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello. - Coordinate and centralize information across various departments including Atelier, Development, Sustainability, Production, Quality, Compliance, and Aftersales.
- Support the monitoring of RTW production processes.
- Update systems and documentation related to RTW production.
- Maintain dashboards for departments such as Production and Compliance.
- Assist in the administrative management and organization of files.
- Participate in the setup of the model deposit space.
- Conduct and track projects related to Sustainable Development.
- Analyze collection models to determine supplier tests and alerts.
- Input nomenclature data into tracking tools for testing purposes.
- Manage material and supply requests, ensuring adherence to production deadlines.
- Communicate test reports effectively.
- Verify composition labels for regulatory compliance.
- Provide occasional support to the Aftersales department.
- Higher education in business management (equivalent to BAC+4/BAC+5).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including pivot tables and data extraction).
- Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
- Dynamic, curious, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Recognized for rigor, organization, service orientation, and availability.
No prior experience required, but relevant internship experience is beneficial.
Higher education in business management (equivalent to BAC+4/BAC+5).
A six-month structured internship providing exposure to various aspects of RTW operations within a leading luxury fashion house.
