Yves Saint Laurent Assistant Coordinator Intern
Saint Laurent, a distinguished name in luxury fashion, was founded in 1961 and is renowned for pioneering the concept of luxury ready-to-wear with its iconic 'Rive Gauche' line in 1966. Acquired by Kering's luxury division in 1999, Saint Laurent continues to thrive under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello since 2016, offering a wide range of luxury products including women's and men's ready-to-wear, footwear, handbags, small leather goods, jewelry, scarves, ties, and eyewear.
- Assist in centralizing, managing, and disseminating information across various departments.
- Monitor and update the Modelario.
- Create and manage models in the PLM system.
- Assist in entering model/material allocations in PLM.
- Format and integrate fitting notes into PLM.
- Organize and track the delivery of models.
- Monitor the flow of collection pieces.
- Produce analytical reports on collection development progress.
- Coordinate and track look alterations.
- Coordinate special orders.
- Book models for fittings and shows.
- Support additional departmental activities such as various orders, organization, archiving, and scanning of swatches.
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac +5) in a relevant field.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Previous experience in the fashion sector is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Curiosity and proactive nature.
- Methodical and organized approach.
A preliminary experience in the fashion industry is beneficial.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
This is a six-month internship starting in September 2025, providing a valuable opportunity to gain experience in a prestigious luxury fashion house.
