1. Oversee quality control, stock management, and administrative order processing.
2. Monitor delivery schedules and timelines.
3. Conduct follow-up calls with suppliers.
4. Assist in the research and development of components.
5. Create project codes and manage documentation.
6. Prepare component boards for validation by the Artistic Director.
7. Update and export the weekly collection plan.

1. Degree from a business school, fashion institute (such as IFM or ESIV), or textile engineering (such as ENSAIT).
2. Previous experience in luxury fashion and product sensitivity is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
4. Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite.

A first experience in the luxury sector is beneficial.
