1. Oversee quality control, stock management, and administrative handling of orders.
2. Monitor delivery schedules and timelines.
3. Conduct follow-ups with suppliers via phone.
4. Assist in the research and development of components.
5. Create project codes for tracking and organization.
6. Prepare component boards for validation by the Artistic Director.
7. Update and export the weekly collection plan.

1. Educational background in business school, fashion school (such as IFM or ESIV), or textile engineering (such as ENSAIT).
2. Previous experience in luxury fashion and a strong product sensibility are advantageous.
3. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
4. Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
5. Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork spirit, organizational skills, attention to detail, punctuality, flexibility, and dynamism.
