1. Produce high-quality tailored merchandise within established timeframe standards.
2. Provide exceptional client service and maintain customer relationships.
3. Tailor both womenswear and menswear, demonstrating perceptiveness and responsiveness to client needs.
4. Exhibit expertise in alterations, supporting VIP tailoring and sales closure.
5. Conduct garment fittings, marking, and construction with knowledge of fabrics and styling techniques.
6. Advise clients on products, providing accurate lead times and cost estimates.
7. Draw and cut patterns according to specifications.
8. Alter clothing to fit individual needs and repair garments as needed.
9. Organize workload to ensure timely completion of alterations.

1. Experience in luxury retail environments.
2. Proficiency in operating tailor shop equipment.
3. Ability to interpret alteration tags and garment marks.

Previous experience in luxury retail tailoring is required.

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $30/hr. - $36/hr.
