- Lead the development and implementation of SEO strategies across UK, European, and USA markets.
- Manage complex e-commerce sites and optimize crawl budgets.
- Oversee the migration to a new website platform, ensuring enhanced customer experience and improved search rankings.
- Implement technical SEO requirements, including canonical tags, Hreflang tags, schema enhancements, and redirect mapping.
- Conduct technical audits and collaborate with IT/Dev teams for website optimization.
- Work with the content team to optimize existing site content and conduct content gap analysis and keyword research.
- Create and maintain automated SEO performance reports.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Brightedge, and Google Search Console to identify opportunities and weaknesses.
- Stay informed on best practices around AI Engines/GEO and conduct competitor, keyword, and ranking analysis.
- 5+ years of relevant SEO experience within an agency, brand, or media owner, or demonstrable equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and process implementation.
- Comfortable with all aspects of SEO, including technical, content, and link optimization.
- Experience with digital marketing channels such as PPC, Affiliates, and Social Media.
- Expertise in multi-channel SEO strategies for diverse websites.
- Self-motivated with the ability to stay updated on industry trends.
- Agile and dynamic mindset to adapt to business changes.
- Leadership qualities with a focus on team growth and collaboration.
A minimum of 5 years in SEO, with a proven track record in managing complex e-commerce sites and leading successful SEO strategies.
