1. Lead the development and implementation of SEO strategies across UK, European, and USA markets.
2. Manage complex e-commerce sites and optimize crawl budgets.
3. Oversee the migration to a new website platform, ensuring enhanced customer experience and improved search rankings.
4. Implement technical SEO requirements, including canonical tags, Hreflang tags, schema enhancements, and redirect mapping.
5. Conduct technical audits and collaborate with IT/Dev teams for website optimization.
6. Work with the content team to optimize existing site content and conduct content gap analysis and keyword research.
7. Create and maintain automated SEO performance reports.
8. Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Brightedge, and Google Search Console to identify opportunities and weaknesses.
9. Stay informed on best practices around AI Engines/GEO and conduct competitor, keyword, and ranking analysis.

1. 5+ years of relevant SEO experience within an agency, brand, or media owner, or demonstrable equivalent experience.
2. Strong understanding of SEO best practices and process implementation.
3. Comfortable with all aspects of SEO, including technical, content, and link optimization.
4. Experience with digital marketing channels such as PPC, Affiliates, and Social Media.
