1. Maintain operational excellence by mastering Watchfinder's sales fundamentals.
2. Demonstrate strong commercial acumen by identifying growth opportunities.
3. Provide daily support to the Boutique Manager in store management.
4. Achieve individual and collective sales targets and KPIs.
5. Offer training and coaching to ensure sales advisors maintain service standards.
6. Assist advisors in handling customer complaints and resolving complex situations.
7. Ensure customer service feedback consistently exceeds company expectations.
8. Actively encourage team members to achieve their personal KPIs and those of their department and the boutique.

1. Proven experience in sales or hospitality.
2. Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills.
3. Ability to work autonomously with a results-oriented approach.
4. Reliable and responsible with strong organizational skills.
5. Understanding of customer satisfaction and luxury experience.
