1. Support the sales team with general administration and operational tasks within the boutique.
2. Assist customers by addressing their queries in-store and via phone calls.
3. Contribute to visual merchandising by displaying watches on the shop floor.
4. Schedule customer appointments and oversee the booking process, including purchase order creation.
5. Conduct serial number, box, and paper checks with meticulous attention to detail.
6. Ensure proper storage of stock in accordance with the Safe Scan process as part of the end-of-day procedure.
7. Collaborate with the in-store Stock & Dispatch Assistant to manage stock control and dispatch watches to other locations or directly to customers.
