1. Maintain operational excellence by mastering Watchfinder's sales fundamentals.
2. Demonstrate strong commercial acumen by identifying growth opportunities.
3. Provide daily support to the Store Manager in managing store operations.
4. Achieve individual and collective sales targets and KPIs.
5. Offer training and coaching to ensure sales advisors maintain service standards.
6. Assist sales advisors in managing customer complaints and resolving complex situations.
7. Ensure customer service feedback consistently exceeds company expectations.
8. Actively encourage team members to achieve their personal KPIs, as well as those of their department and the store.

1. Experience in sales or hospitality is preferred.
2. Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills.
3. Ability to work autonomously with a results-oriented approach.
4. Reliable and responsible with strong organizational skills.
