- Manage and schedule appointments using the diary system, adhering to the appointment-only policy via phone and email.
- Engage in buying, selling, and negotiating watch prices, including part exchanges, to secure optimal deals.
- Ensure compliance with sales, financial, and security procedures as outlined by headquarters.
- Welcome customers viewing watches, demonstrating exemplary customer service skills.
- Oversee the customer sales process from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
- Understand and execute stock control procedures, conducting daily and monthly stock takes.
- Handle 'live' orders post-payment and address after-sales queries.
- Experience working with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Proficiency in negotiation, especially involving part exchanges.
- Ability to absorb technical information and follow precise instructions.
- Results-driven and self-motivated.

Experience in a retail environment focusing on sales and negotiation, particularly with luxury goods, is required.
Expected salary range: $20 - $28 per hour, with eligibility for commission.
