Watchfinder & Co. Sales and Purchasing Advisor

- Manage and schedule appointments adhering to the appointment-only policy via phone and email.
- Buy, sell, and negotiate watch prices, including part exchanges, to secure optimal margins.
- Ensure compliance with sales, financial, and security procedures as outlined by headquarters.
- Welcome customers viewing watches, demonstrating superior customer service skills.
- Oversee the customer sales process from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
- Understand and implement stock control procedures, conducting daily and monthly stock takes.
- Handle live orders post-payment and address after-sales customer queries.
- Experience working with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Proven negotiation skills, ideally involving part exchanges.
- Ability to absorb technical information and follow precise instructions.
- Results-driven and self-motivated.
- Personable with a polite demeanor.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload.
- Strong communication skills and confidence.
- Experience in one-on-one customer interactions, sales, and negotiation in a retail setting, including telephone sales.

Expected salary range: $20 - $28 per hour, negotiable based on skills and experience.
