- Provide personalized customer experiences and host clients and stakeholders.
- Exceed client expectations through innovative and creative service approaches.
- Introduce and explain the range of services offered, including part-exchange.
- Develop personal clientele using effective selling skills and proactive client outreach.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Watchfinder's history, products, and partnerships.
- Act as a brand ambassador both inside and outside the boutique.
- Maintain boutique standards in line with global operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with the boutique team to support overall organization and operations.
- Lead the appraisal process for timepieces involving part-exchange, ensuring accurate procedures.
- Background in sales or hospitality preferred.

Experience in sales or hospitality is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to develop strong client relationships and achieve sales targets.
Expected salary range is $25 - $29 per hour, with commission eligibility. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
