Watchfinder & Co. Junior Commercial Performance Analyst

- Produce regular commercial reporting (weekly, monthly) on sales, margins, inventory and channel performance to inform management decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI trackers to visualise trends and highlight opportunities or risks across product and channel portfolios.
- Deliver ad‑hoc commercial analysis to support pricing, promotions, inventory allocation and merchandising strategies.
- Collaborate with commercial, marketing and operations stakeholders to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Support forecasting and variance analysis, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
- Ensure data integrity by validating source data and reconciling disparate systems for accurate reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or a related quantitative discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- Demonstrable analytical ability with strong numerical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience producing clear, business‑facing reports and presenting findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to data validation and reconciliation.
- Commercial acumen and an understanding of retail or e‑commerce performance drivers, preferably within luxury goods or high‑value retail.

Typically 1–3 years’ experience in commercial, business or sales analysis, ideally within retail, e‑commerce or luxury goods. Experience working with transactional datasets and building operational dashboards is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
