2. Respond to purchase, sale, or exchange inquiries via phone, email, and in the showroom.
3. Guide clients throughout the entire process, including post-sale inquiries.
4. Negotiate prices within defined parameters to optimize margins.
5. Follow up with clients who have received estimates to support stock growth.
6. Collaborate closely with logistics, service, and retail teams.

1. Experience with key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Strong negotiation skills, ideally with experience in goods exchange or retail.
3. Motivated and results-oriented.
4. Experience in customer relations via phone and email.
5. Autonomous with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
