- Respond to purchase, sale, or exchange inquiries via phone, email, and in the showroom.
- Guide clients throughout the entire process, including post-sale inquiries.
- Negotiate prices within defined parameters to optimize margins.
- Follow up with clients who have received estimates to support stock growth.
- Collaborate closely with logistics, service, and retail teams.
- Experience with key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Strong negotiation skills, ideally with experience in goods exchange or retail.

Previous experience in a sales environment, particularly within e-commerce or luxury retail, is required.
