1. Manage all outbound and inbound shipments from the Leeds office, including opening, packing, and booking stock.
2. Ensure the status of all dispatched watches is accurately updated in internal management systems.
3. Communicate effectively with the commercial team to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
4. Participate in the final quality control process, ensuring all watches are in presentable condition for dispatch.
5. Identify and address any potential issues or delays in product dispatch.
