- Manage all aftersales inquiries from customers, including warranty claims and complaints, from initial contact to resolution.
- Oversee sold warranty watches for investigation and repair processes.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of stock, warranty, and external repair processes to provide clear communication to customers regarding warranty claims.
- Support international and boutique teams with aftersales processes, ensuring they can provide clear and proactive updates to their customers.
- Handle a wide range of aftersales queries, such as link requests, valuations, and arranging collections.
- Provide first-level support for customer complaints, demonstrating empathy and professionalism, and escalate issues to the relevant manager when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Servicing, Dispatch, Sales, and Purchasing, as well as manufacturers, to ensure accurate and timely customer updates.
- Prioritize workload effectively to address the most urgent inquiries, multitasking across different disciplines as required.
- Experience in a fast-paced, multi-channel service environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Confident and professional communication abilities.
- Strong customer advocacy with the ability to demonstrate empathy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Knowledge of e-commerce or retail is advantageous but not essential.
Previous experience in a fast-paced, multi-channel service environment is required.
