Experience Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience in watch case assembly, metal finishing or a related role within a horological or high-precision mechanical workshop; experience servicing luxury/pre-owned watches preferred.

Education Requirements

Vocational qualification in watchmaking or mechanical engineering, or equivalent apprenticeship; formal watchmaking certification (e.g., WOSTEP or BHI) preferred but not mandatory.
