1. Contribute to commercial activities including order taking, merchandising, and customer service.
2. Train internal staff and external brand ambassadors at points of sale.
3. Act as a liaison for boutiques and support the Brand Manager in business activities.
4. Collaborate with headquarters on visual merchandising and point-of-sale materials logistics.
5. Manage merchandising and logistics for traveling collections in coordination with headquarters.
6. Provide administrative and logistical support for customer events, trunk shows, and PR events.
7. Facilitate the integration of Vhernier into the Richemont SAP system as a key user.
8. Assist the Brand Manager in planning business-related matters.

1. 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail industry.
2. Fluency in Japanese (native) and proficiency in English (business level).
3. Flexibility to travel as required.

7. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is a plus.
