Learning and Talent Specialist

1. Design and execute training programs for sales teams using various methods such as coaching, seminars, and interactive activities.
2. Manage corporate and managerial training programs for headquarters.
3. Oversee the full cycle of talent acquisition and management, ensuring the development of a talent pipeline.
4. Create and update content on Vhernier's history, values, and product knowledge.
5. Identify training needs and propose actions aligned with organizational evolution.
6. Deploy training content through various learning methods and tools.
7. Assist in establishing yearly training agendas for HQ and markets.
8. Co-design and conduct onboarding programs for new joiners.
9. Lead the recruitment process from job description definition to offer proposal.
10. Partner with HRD and HRBP to develop talent pipeline strategies.
11. Contribute to the strategy and implementation of the full development cycle.
12. Define an embryonic employer branding strategy aligned with Vhernier's values.
13. Help managers develop team members through individual development plans.
14. Provide support for key transversal projects in coordination with HRD and HRBP.
15. Contribute to organizational assessment and development.
16. Detect and escalate potential situations requiring action to HRD/HRBP.

1. Previous experience in designing, planning, and executing trainings.
2. Experience in talent acquisition.
3. Solid understanding of the retail world, including selling ceremony and KPIs.
4. Passion for luxury retail and jewelry.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
6. Solution-oriented approach and effective time management.
7. Ability to travel frequently overseas.
8. Entrepreneurial spirit and strong multi-tasking ability.
9. International and multicultural flair.
10. Strong communication, methodical, and presentation skills.
11. Customer-centric and retail commerciality.

1. Project management across different time zones and environments.
2. Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
3. Proficiency in L&D platform systems.
4. Fluency in English and Italian.

Previous experience in designing, planning, and executing trainings and talent acquisition is required.
