- Design and execute training programs for sales teams using various methods such as coaching, seminars, and interactive activities.
- Manage corporate and managerial training programs for headquarters.
- Oversee the full cycle of talent acquisition and management, ensuring the development of a talent pipeline.
- Create and update content on Vhernier's history, values, and product knowledge.
- Identify training needs and propose actions aligned with organizational evolution.
- Deploy training content through various learning methods and tools.
- Assist in establishing yearly training agendas for HQ and markets.
- Co-design and conduct onboarding programs for new joiners.
- Lead the recruitment process from job description definition to offer proposal.
- Partner with HRD and HRBP to develop talent pipeline strategies.
- Contribute to the strategy and implementation of the full development cycle.
- Define an embryonic employer branding strategy aligned with Vhernier's values.
- Help managers develop team members through individual development plans.
- Provide support for key transversal projects in coordination with HRD and HRBP.
- Contribute to organizational assessment and development.
- Detect and escalate potential situations requiring action to HRD/HRBP.
- Previous experience in designing, planning, and executing trainings.
- Experience in talent acquisition.
- Solid understanding of the retail world, including selling ceremony and KPIs.
- Passion for luxury retail and jewelry.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Solution-oriented approach and effective time management.
- Ability to travel frequently overseas.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and strong multi-tasking ability.
- International and multicultural flair.
- Strong communication, methodical, and presentation skills.
- Customer-centric and retail commerciality.
- Project management across different time zones and environments.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Proficiency in L&D platform systems.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
Previous experience in designing, planning, and executing trainings and talent acquisition is required.
