1. Oversee daily operations of office facilities, including maintenance, security, and cleaning services
2. Coordinate vendor and contractor relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of services
3. Manage space planning and office layout to optimize efficiency
4. Supervise procurement of office supplies, equipment, and furniture within budget constraints
5. Implement and monitor energy-saving and sustainable practices
6. Develop and update health and safety policies in compliance with regulations
7. Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections
8. Train employees on health and safety procedures and emergency response
9. Manage emergency preparedness plans
10. Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing reports and preventive measures
11. Lead a team of facilities and safety staff
12. Collaborate with departments to ensure a safe working environment
13. Act as a point of contact for facilities and health and safety inquiries
14. Develop and manage budgets for building services and safety programs
15. Prepare and present reports on facility operations and safety metrics

1. Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field
2. Certification in Health and Safety Management

1. Strong knowledge of local and international health and safety regulations
2. Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships effectively
3. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
4. Proactive in proposing innovation and efficiencies
5. Experienced people manager with leadership skills
6. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace
7. Proficiency in using facilities management and safety software tools
8. Fluent in Italian and English
