1. Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury jewelry or watchmaking.
2. Qualification or training in watches and jewelry, with knowledge of diamond grading and design.
3. Preferably a qualification in gemology.

2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to delegate tasks and ensure execution.
4. Comfortable dealing with VIP clients.
5. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
6. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic, Chinese, Russian, or Italian is a plus.
