As part of its strategic expansion within the UAE, Vhernier seeks to appoint a Boutique Manager to spearhead the opening and operational success of its new store.

1. Achieve or surpass monthly and yearly sales targets of the boutique.
2. Meet or exceed KPIs set by retail management.
3. Establish and track sales and expenses within budgetary guidelines.
4. Develop and implement the boutique action plan focusing on business development.
5. Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular management and staff meetings.
6. Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and retail KPIs.
7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring outstanding customer service.
8. Act as a brand ambassador at meetings, events, and other functions.
9. Build strong customer relationships and enhance loyalty.
10. Oversee boutique maintenance and ensure proper stock levels.

1. Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury jewelry or watchmaking.
2. Qualification or training in watches and jewelry, with knowledge of diamond grading and design.
3. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages such as Arabic, Chinese, Russian, or Italian is advantageous.
