- Participate in continuous improvement projects within the Wine Quality team.
- Ensure adherence to quality, regulatory, and customer standards in oenological and industrial processes.
- Deploy a culture of continuous improvement in oenology, including the qualification of industrial equipment such as dosing pumps and rinsers.
- Conduct performance studies on industrial equipment, defining key performance indicators and establishing regular reporting routines.
- Create and implement a verification framework.
- Contribute to the Quality, Safety, Food, and Environment (QSAE) culture within oenology.
- Propose and implement changes to meet customer, distributor, regulatory, and certification requirements.
- Engage in ad-hoc service activities, including sampling, analysis, and sample dispatch.
- Enrolled in an engineering program or a master's degree in quality management, continuous improvement, or equivalent.
- Possession of a valid driving license (Category B).
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Excellent analytical and adaptive capabilities.
- Proactive and autonomous mindset.
Entry-level position; prior experience in the food industry is advantageous.
Pursuing a degree in engineering or a master's in quality management or continuous improvement.
