1. Support the Category Purchasing Leader in operational tasks related to transport and logistics purchasing.
2. Assist in the procurement of maritime, land transport, storage, warehousing, and co-packing services.
3. Request quotations from freight forwarders, transporters, and co-packers.
4. Engage in the full tender process for maritime and road transport.
5. Conduct negotiations for spot purchases in maritime, warehousing, and storage.
6. Oversee the operational management of the maritime transport category, including tariff updates, organizing steering committees, and supplier evaluations.
7. Contribute to the implementation of the purchasing strategy.
8. Conduct technological watch on the transport sector with a focus on CSR.

1. Currently in a gap year or pursuing a Master’s degree with a specialization in Purchasing (Business School, Engineering School, or University).
2. Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in a large company.
3. Familiarity or interest in the transport, customs, or logistics sector is advantageous.
4. Appreciation for the luxury or wine and spirits industry is beneficial.

1. Fluent in English (B2 to C2 level).
2. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows environment tools.
3. Knowledge of ARIBA, SAP, and SharePoint is a plus.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Entry-level experience with a minimum of 6 months in a relevant role within a large organization.

Currently in a gap year or pursuing a Master’s degree in Purchasing or a related field.
