Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin Transport and Logistics Purchasing Intern

- Support the Category Purchasing Leader in operational tasks related to transport and logistics purchasing.
- Assist in the procurement of maritime, land transport, storage, warehousing, and co-packing services.
- Request quotations from freight forwarders, transporters, and co-packers.
- Engage in the full tender process for maritime and road transport.
- Conduct negotiations for spot purchases in maritime, warehousing, and storage.
- Oversee the operational management of the maritime transport category, including tariff updates, organizing steering committees, and supplier evaluations.
- Contribute to the implementation of the purchasing strategy.
- Conduct technological watch on the transport sector with a focus on CSR.
- Currently in a gap year or pursuing a Master’s degree with a specialization in Purchasing (Business School, Engineering School, or University).
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in a large company.
- Familiarity or interest in the transport, customs, or logistics sector is advantageous.
- Appreciation for the luxury or wine and spirits industry is beneficial.
- Fluent in English (B2 to C2 level).
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows environment tools.
- Knowledge of ARIBA, SAP, and SharePoint is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Entry-level experience with a minimum of 6 months in a relevant role within a large organization.
Currently in a gap year or pursuing a Master’s degree in Purchasing or a related field.
