Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin Transport and Logistics Purchasing Intern

- Support the Transport and Logistics Purchasing team in operational tasks.
- Assist in maritime, land transport, storage, warehousing, and co-packing procurement.
- Request quotations from freight forwarders, carriers, and storage providers.
- Engage in the full tender process for maritime and road transport.
- Conduct negotiations for spot purchases in maritime, warehousing, and storage.
- Oversee the operational management of the maritime transport category, including communication and updates on tariff changes, organizing steering committees, and evaluating supplier performance.
- Contribute to the implementation of the Purchasing strategy.
- Conduct technological watch on the transport sector with a focus on CSR.
- Currently in a gap year or pursuing a Master’s degree with a specialization in Purchasing (Business School, Engineering School, or University).
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in a large company.
- Interest or knowledge in the transport, customs, or logistics sector.
- Affinity for the luxury or wine & spirits industry.
- Fluent in English (B2 to C2 level).
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows environment tools.
- Knowledge of ARIBA, SAP, and SharePoint is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Entry-level with at least 6 months of relevant experience in a large company.
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree with a specialization in Purchasing.
