1. Support the Transport and Logistics Purchasing team in operational tasks.
2. Assist in maritime, land transport, storage, warehousing, and co-packing procurement.
3. Request quotations from freight forwarders, carriers, and storage providers.
4. Engage in the full tender process for maritime and road transport.
5. Conduct negotiations for spot purchases in maritime, warehousing, and storage.
6. Oversee the operational management of the maritime transport category, including communication and updates on tariff changes, organizing steering committees, and evaluating supplier performance.
7. Contribute to the implementation of the Purchasing strategy.
8. Conduct technological watch on the transport sector with a focus on CSR.

1. Currently in a gap year or pursuing a Master’s degree with a specialization in Purchasing (Business School, Engineering School, or University).
2. Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in a large company.
3. Interest or knowledge in the transport, customs, or logistics sector.
4. Affinity for the luxury or wine & spirits industry.

1. Fluent in English (B2 to C2 level).
2. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows environment tools.
3. Knowledge of ARIBA, SAP, and SharePoint is advantageous.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Entry-level with at least 6 months of relevant experience in a large company.

Currently pursuing a Master’s degree with a specialization in Purchasing.
