1. Manage the operational demand and stock levels for POSM within the assigned scope.
2. Oversee and track POSM purchase orders, collaborating closely with Supply Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Customs Operations, Packaging Development, Marketing, Supplier Quality, and Financial Control to secure announced availability dates.
3. Maintain supplier relationships, analyze delivery delays, and proactively resolve stock shortages.
4. Support the integration of new products and the clearance of obsolete stock.
5. Contribute to performance indicator improvement projects within the Supply Planning & POSM Procurement scope.
6. Participate in the optimization of POSM supply chain portfolios.
7. Propose improvement initiatives within the POSM category.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or Engineering with a specialization in Supply Chain or equivalent.
2. Strong understanding of supply chain operations, demand management, and procurement concepts.
3. Proficient in Excel (VBA) and data analysis tools such as Power BI and Qliksense; familiarity with ERP systems like SAP is advantageous.
4. Fluent in English.
