- Ensure the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for a designated brand.
- Consolidate and analyze global sales forecasts for short, medium, and long-term planning.
- Construct and manage the allocation and quota setting process.
- Prepare and lead monthly brand forecast committees.
- Monitor the implementation of actions decided in forecast committees with market supply planners.
- Manage long-term projections in coordination with market sales planners, aligning with budget and PMT processes.
- Oversee the Demand Release Plan (DRP) process and interaction with production planning.
- Coordinate new product launches and vintage changes, ensuring alignment with all stakeholders.
- Manage the central stock level, collaborating with production planning, market sales planners, and logistics.
- Prepare and lead meetings on slow-moving and obsolete stock, ensuring follow-up on necessary actions.
- Serve as the key planning contact for the brand and various Supply Chain services.
- Communicate planning information to business teams and analyze performance KPIs.
- Participate in the IBP project for the future Supply Chain of MHCS and drive process and tool improvements.
- Significant experience (minimum 3 years) in Supply Chain, ideally in Demand & Supply Planning.
- Strong global understanding of Supply Chain roles and challenges.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in SAP, APO, Microsoft Office Suite, and Power BI.
