Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin Supply Planner

- Monitor and manage stock levels across the entire product catalog, including products under allocation, new product launches, and promotional items.
- Collaborate with regional and market teams to reallocate and balance stock levels, prioritizing commercial commitments within the region.
- Lead the arbitration process for stock management.
- Ensure product availability and service levels for the assigned region.
- Analyze regional deployments and distributor orders, ensuring alignment with the forecasted shipping plan in close collaboration with the Customer Service team.
- Facilitate the SLOB's process to minimize impacted volumes.
- Lead and co-facilitate S&OP meetings to achieve consensus among stakeholders.
- Develop effective communication within the region and markets to pre-align on sales volumes.
- Work with Supply and Demand teams to integrate Maison guidelines and maintain up-to-date sales forecasts.
- Manage product lifecycle to optimize stock levels and improve regional sales forecasts.
- Challenge regional alignment between Demand Planning, Finance, and commercial teams.
- Adjust shipping plans based on production plan constraints.
- Verify the accuracy of system data for the product catalog.
- Propose and coordinate portfolio rationalization for the region.
- Previous experience in Supply Chain, preferably in Supply & Demand planning.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain operations and challenges.
- Proficiency in English with a TOEIC score of 900 or equivalent (C1 level).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP), Microsoft Office Suite, databases, and Power BI.
