1. Monitor and manage stock levels across the entire product catalog, including products under allocation, new product launches, and promotional items.
2. Collaborate with regional and market teams to reallocate and balance stock levels, prioritizing commercial commitments within the region.
3. Lead the arbitration process for stock management.
4. Ensure product availability and service levels for the assigned region.
5. Analyze regional deployments and distributor orders, ensuring alignment with the forecasted shipping plan in close collaboration with the Customer Service team.
6. Facilitate the SLOB's process to minimize impacted volumes.
7. Lead and co-facilitate S&OP meetings to achieve consensus among stakeholders.
8. Develop effective communication within the region and markets to pre-align on sales volumes.
9. Work with Supply and Demand teams to integrate Maison guidelines and maintain up-to-date sales forecasts.
10. Manage product lifecycle to optimize stock levels and improve regional sales forecasts.
11. Challenge regional alignment between Demand Planning, Finance, and commercial teams.
12. Adjust shipping plans based on production plan constraints.
13. Verify the accuracy of system data for the product catalog.
14. Propose and coordinate portfolio rationalization for the region.

1. Previous experience in Supply Chain, preferably in Supply & Demand planning.
2. Strong understanding of Supply Chain operations and challenges.
3. Proficiency in English with a TOEIC score of 900 or equivalent (C1 level).
