1. Monitor stock levels across the entire catalog, including allocated products, new product launches, and promotional items.
2. Collaborate with regions and markets to reallocate and balance stock levels and prioritize commercial commitments.
3. Lead the arbitration process.
4. Manage stock levels, product availability, and service rates for the region.
5. Analyze deployments and distributor orders to ensure the execution of the forecasted shipping plan.
6. Lead the SLOB’s process to reduce impacted volume.
7. Lead and co-host S&OP meetings to achieve consensus among stakeholders.
8. Develop effective communication within the region and markets for pre-alignment on sales volumes.
9. Work with Supply and Demand teams to integrate Maison guidelines and update sales forecasts.
10. Manage product lifecycle to optimize stock and improve sales forecasts.
11. Challenge the region for better alignment between Demand Planning, Finance, and commercial teams.
12. Adjust shipping plans based on production plan constraints.
13. Verify system data accuracy for the catalog.
14. Propose and coordinate sales portfolio rationalization for the region.

1. Previous experience in Supply Chain, preferably in Supply & Demand planning.
2. Strong understanding of Supply Chain operations and challenges.
3. English proficiency: TOEIC score of 900 (C1 level).
